Little Wing Pizzeria - Whiteabbey

 

We have an exciting opportunity for Pizza Chefs to join our newest Little Wing Pizzeria opening in Whiteabbey in Autumn 2019  

Part of the wider Beannchor group, Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic (and delicious!) Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland.

Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast the Little Wing family has grown to include eight restaurants throughout Northern Ireland with Whiteabbey being our ninth!

At Little Wing we want to make the best pizza EVER!  We use the perfect blend of Italian flour to make sure the dough is just right.  We then found the sweetest, ripest Italian tomatoes from the rich earth of Parma. These are picked especially for us and are the base for our secret recipe sauce. We top it all off with the tastiest, stretchiest mozzarella (no high-fat cheddar here!) and the finest, freshest, toppings, pop it into our traditional Wood Stone oven- et voilà: a little pizza heaven!

It’s simple stuff, but it’s important stuff and it’s unique to Little Wing.

 

Wanna make some dough?

You will have a passion for working with fresh ingredients and have preferably at least 6 months previous experience in a similar role / busy kitchen environment.

 

Full training will be provided - we will teach you the art of hand stretching dough just like they've done in Naples since 1839!

Both full and part time positions are available.
